The Fencing Association of India (FAI) is a not-for-profit society that promote and govern the sport of fencing in India. It is also registered under Section 12AB and Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961.

The Government of India does not fund or support the administration of FAI. FAI's administration and expenses are funded with aid from the fencing community, generous contributions of donors, and sponsorship.
